A little bit of us

The next adventure starts here

Our story began with a conversation about Peru and a first date at The Wardrobe in Leeds. From that evening, something quietly wonderful began to grow.

Since then, we've built a life filled with spontaneous trips, ordinary moments and plenty of laughter.

Then, beside the Seine in Paris, we got engaged—another adventure together, and a promise of all those still to come.

On 1 May 2027, we get to begin our next adventure—surrounded by the people we love most.

Northorpe Barn is part of Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust, which supports the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. All profits from celebrations at the Barn go back into the Trust—one of the reasons choosing it felt especially meaningful to us.

Getting here & staying over

Travel and accommodation

Mirfield railway station is the closest main station to the venue. We recommend arranging a taxi for the final part of the journey and booking it in advance.

Our next adventure

From the Peak District to South-East Asia

Travel has always been one of our favourite things to share. Whenever we can, we pack a bag and go—even if it's only for an overnight camping trip in the Peak District.

For our honeymoon, we're hoping to set off on a longer adventure—discovering new places, trying new food and collecting stories together.
